Escape to your mountain retreat in this very unique 4 bedroom 4 bath quad home built high up on the hillside surrounded by hundreds of acres of The Girl Scout Camp and the glorious Little Miami State Park. Bring your hiking boots and enjoy this heavily wooded property just under 18 acres that is teaming with wildlife and is sure to be a very peaceful and quiet sanctuary. Inside the home are 3 finished levels and an unfinished basement. This home also has a 24x24 Mother in law suite with kitchenette and living area with separate entrance. The home is also featuring a 40x30 metal garage with cement floor that is ideal for the auto enthusiast or just for parking several cars and or tons of storage. At the bottom of the property just across the hay field is The little Miami river that is perfect for canoeing or fishing and also biking along the bike path that runs along the river. There is a small horse barn that is hidden in the forest that used to house a few horses years ago. A little TLC and a toolbelt will polish that right up. This home only was lived in by one family that built it in 1976. It is a true labor of love that they are willing to share with that special buyer. This home has so many possibilities (weekend mountain retreat, hunting lodge, Air BNB, or forever home) and is waiting for you to come enjoy nature at its finest. The road to the home is very steep, so make sure to have a vehicle that can handle tough terrain when setting up your showing. The sellers are trying to remove items inside the home. With a reasonable offer the sellers will have all items removed before closing. Heat Pump approximately 3 years old. Roof is newer.
