Christopher Lotte has been helping real estate professionals and consumers succeed online since 2002—and has been a licensed Ohio Realtor® since 2013.
His career began behind the scenes as the “tech guy” for a successful Realtor®, building websites and online lead-generation strategies while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication at Franklin University in Columbus. From there he built the online presence of a fast-growing Ohio real estate team, became Technology Coordinator for a brokerage of more than 100 agents, and went nationwide consulting with top-producing agents and teams.
But one experience changed the direction of his career. Christopher worked with a Central Ohio home builder as an assistant sales agent, giving him an inside look at the new construction process—from homesites and floor plans to inspections, walkthroughs and closing.
That experience became a specialty.
Today he combines more than two decades of real estate marketing experience with extensive knowledge of new home construction to help buyers and sellers throughout Ohio with eXp Realty.
