Back and better than ever—welcome to one of Barberton’s most loved homes! After a brief pause while the sellers finalized their next move, this standout property returns to the market with major upgrades already completed—including a brand-new roof and a kitchen enhancement with the addition of a dishwasher—and now priced even more competitively to create serious opportunity for today’s buyers.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath gem is centrally located and packed with the space, character, and functionality you’ve been searching for. Step into the stunning great room with soaring cathedral ceilings and wood beams, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that flows seamlessly into the dining area and updated kitchen. With ample prep space, generous cabinetry, and an eat-in nook, this kitchen is now even more practical for everyday living and entertaining.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and a beautifully updated bathroom (2024) featuring a sleek fiberglass shower and modern finishes. The finished basement is bright and welcoming with full-size windows, offering the perfect space for game days, movie nights, or hosting guests. Complete with a full bathroom and kitchenette, it adds incredible flexibility to the home.
Storage is abundant throughout, including a large pantry and a deep front closet, while outside you’ll love the fully fenced yard, oversized rear-entry garage, extended driveway with additional parking pad, and a large shed that stays—ideal for storage, hobbies, or a workshop.
With its strong presence in the Barberton community, thoughtful updates, and strategic pricing designed to attract attention quickly, this is a rare second chance opportunity—and one that is expected to move fast. The sellers are ready for a smooth, solid transaction and are looking for a committed buyer to take this home all the way to closing.
